Rob's Beans, Beef & Rice
Submitted by: GR8VIEWSIntroduction
A play on a south american recipe. We used a chuck roast we had in the freezer, as well as beans, bacon, and sausage.(We used a spicy chicken sausage w/jalapeno but couldn't find that in the ingredients list.) May need to thicken the sauce. Rice is not included in nutrition information. Makes a thick stew you can put on rice, potatoes, whatever you'd like. A play on a south american recipe.
