Pork Chops, 6 oz
Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz
Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .33 cup
Rice,cooked, 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
add pork and brown
add rotel tomatoes & simmer until pork is cooked
mix pork with cooked rice
transfer to casserole dish & cover with cheese
bake 30 min 350 deg
serve with sour cream and chips & salsa!
