    Mahatma Brown Rice Natrual Whole Grain Rice, 3/4 cup cooked
    Bush's Seasoned Black Beans 1/2 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Tomatoes, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    Avocado - Fresh - 50Cal/1-Oz./2-Tbsp., 1 serving

Directions

Cook rice. Chop veggies. Heat / grill tortillas using spray oil; heat beans. Assemble into two tacos, splitting ingredients.
