Chicken Stroganoff

lowfat, low sodium, gluten free lowfat, low sodium, gluten free
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
    1 cup water
    1 packet chicken bouillon, sodium free
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 cup mushroom, sliced
    1/2 c reduced fat sour cream
    4 cups Brown rice spaghetti, cooked & drained
    1/4 c corn starch

Directions

Cook chicken til done, set aside. Mix water with chicken bouillon, pepper, corn starch - bring to a simmer (thickens as it simmers). Add mushrooms and diced chicken until warm. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over warm spaghetti.
