grilled provolone sandwich

    2 slices light whole wheat bread
    1 slice Povolone cheese.
    1 tablespoon butter spread


Butter outsides of bread
Put 1 slice of provolone or swiss between bread.
Place on open pan. cook gently pressing down with spatula one or twice until bottom is golden. Flip sandwich and brown on other side.
Makes 1 full sandwich
