chop vegetables, mix eggs, flour and milk then add veggies. Put in pan sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle pre cooked and drained sausage over mix, sprinkle cheese on top.
this makes 12 healthy portions for Brunch--salsa on top makes this a treat to remember.
