Basically, I remembered this recipe online that had kielbasa, onion, peppers and pineapple in it. I remember it was on skewers, but I don't do skewers cos of the little guys. So I went and bought everything, with the thought of putting it all in a crock pot... So that's what I am doing! It's going to feed a LOT of people!!! Ingredients

3 : 16 oz -Hillshire Farm Kielbasa cut on the slant, 1 inch thick.
1 : large Vadilla onion cubed
2 : large Green Peppers cubed, seeded (aprox 1 - 1.5 cup)
2 : cans Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% juice (use the juice too)
Cooked rice or potatoes.

Am guess-timating the cooking time since I am cooking it as I am writing this recipe up!
Basically, all I did was cut up the kielbasa, onion, peppers and combine it al with the pineapple and juice into a crock pot. I turned the crock on high and let it do it's thing.
The recipe I was thinking of, when I decided to make this, calls for Sweet and Sour sauce to be basted over the kabobs, so, instead of basting, how about serve a small dish on the side? for folks to dip their food into as they want.
It already smells good. Sounds delicious. I have high expectations of this recipe!!
The more people you feed this to, the less calories are consumed by each person!!
I am going with 1/2 cup serving per person, so I thnk it will make about 20 servings!
