Introduction

A friggin tasty, high protein, low fat & carb winter treat. Great with roasted red potatoes and brussel sprouts. Did I mention that it was friggin' tasty? Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 small can of tomato sauce
    1/4 cup quinoa
    1 egg
    1/2 cup diced onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Cook quinoa according to instructions on box and wait until cool.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.

Transfer to a baking sheet and mold into a loaf.

Cook for 40 mins at 375

Creates roughly 4 servings depending on your appetite (calculations are based on 4 servings)
