Shrimp w/ Peapods

Ingredients



    tail on frozen shrimp, 3 oz
    Snow Peas, fresh, 1.5 cup
    La Choy Garlic Ginger Marinade, 4 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, .25 cup
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
    Minced Onion, 2 tsp

Directions

1. Cook shrimp and onion either in wok or large skillet
2. Add broth and allow to simmer 2 minutes
3. Add garlic and marinade.
4. stir in peas cook for 2-4 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
