I make this at least once a week. I love this with chopped mangoes and chopped dates. My kids love this with chopped mangoes and a little brown sugar. But if you don’t have mangoes, don’t worry, it’s delicious with maple syrup – you just need a tiny bit. I make this at least once a week. I love this with chopped mangoes and chopped dates. Ingredients

1. In a medium sized pot, place the following and bring to a boil:
• 4 cups of soy milk
• ½ teaspoon salt
2. When milk has started to boil, add:
• 1 cup 10 Grain Hot Cereal
3. Lower the heat and continue to cook 15 – 20 minutes while stirring frequently.
