1 - 15oz can pure pumpkin
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 1/2 cup skim milk (I used 1.25 cup instead)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pour into pam-sprayed pie plate.
Bake at preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
