Introduction

Ingredients

    Ranch Dip Mix - Albertsons - Dry Mix 1 Pkg, 1 oz
    *Onion powder, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp
    *Cumin (ground), 1.5 tsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cup
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Butter, 2 Tbsp
    All Purpose Flour, 2 Tbsp

Directions

Cook a roast in all ingredients EXCEPT the butter and flour. Pull meat out of broth; melt butter in a large sauce pan, mix in flour to create a roux (thickener) whisk in broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium cook until gravy reaches desired thickness.

Can be served with rice, noodles, potatoes....

Makes 10 - 1 cup servings
