Introduction

This was taken from Cheif Megs Healthy Creamy vtargibles recipe and I tweeked alittle bit. This was taken from Cheif Megs Healthy Creamy vtargibles recipe and I tweeked alittle bit.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 TBSP flour
    2TBSP butter
    1 1/4 cup skim milk
    1 box whole wheat pasta
    8 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges
    1/2 cup montery jack cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmasean cheese (i use shaker chaker cheese)
    1 yellow peper
    1 green giant steamers, brococoli
    salt pepper to taste

Directions

cook pasta according to directions on box
melt butter in a medium sauce pan
once butter is melted add flour and whick in mild
when mixed add the parmasean cheese and seasonings
when desired thinkness added montery jack cheese and stir until melted
slice the yellow pepper and add to white sauce
cook brococoli according to package directions.
when everything is cooked, mix the sauce with the laughing cow cheese, pasta and brococoli.
Very tastey!!
