Kate's Vanilla Protein Shake

Introduction

Feel Free to add different flavors of pudding mix for other flavor combos! I'm always adding things to this. Cinnamon is GREAT! My new favorite? This with a banana blended in! YUM! Ingredients

    1 scoop Whey Protein Powder-Vanilla
    2 tbsp Jello Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
    2 tbsp dry, powdered milk
    8 oz Water

Directions

In a shake shaker or in the blender, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously.

Can also add ice in a blender for more of a milkshake consistancy.
