Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients

    2 cups baby carrots
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. light margarine

Directions

Boil carrots to desired tenderness. Drain. Mix carrots with butter and brown sugar. Enjoy! Makes 2 1-cup servings

  • I steamed the carrots in a ziplock steam bag then added the margarine and brown sugar. Almost like a dessert. Perhaps I'll add a bit of cinnamon next time and do as one reviewer suggested and spray some I can't believe its not butter spray and use splenda brown sugar to lessen calories. - 2/24/09
