Not a huge fan of cooked carrots, but this was pretty good. If I could just get my 3 year old to try them, he'd probably like them too! My husband really liked them and went back for seconds.
My little one ate this and it's also healthy! The best part is that it's loaded with vitamins and the cherry topper is that it's so easy to make. I'll definitely be making this again and again.
I steamed the carrots in a ziplock steam bag then added the margarine and brown sugar. Almost like a dessert. Perhaps I'll add a bit of cinnamon next time and do as one reviewer suggested and spray some I can't believe its not butter spray and use splenda brown sugar to lessen calories.
Like Blitzgirl I am going to use splenda brown sugar, but instead of pam I'm going to use some of that "I cant believe its not butter spray" no calories and can be used for little cooking jobs like this.
