Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatos, undrained
8 oz tomato sauce
4 tbsp chili powder
Directions
Chop all vegetables. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook for 6 - 8 hours on low. If chili is too soupy, add a little corn starch to thicken. Serves about 8.
