Broccoli "slaw" Vermicelli with Shrimp

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    7.5 ounce bag vermicelli noodles
    12 ounce bag broccoli slaw
    1 small yellow bell pepper
    1 small red onion
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 Tblsp balsamic viengar
    1 Tblsp Thai Seasoning
    1 Tsp chinese five spice seasoning
    4 ounce frozen raw shrimp - poached


Directions

Cut pepper & onion into very small strips
Poach frozen shrimp in large skillet with 2 inches water
Remove shrimp when just turning pink, put in ice water
Cook vermicelli noodles in poaching liquid until al dente, drain & keep in ice water until needed
Pour 2 Tblsp Olive Olive in hot skillet
Add peppers & Onions, saute till onions are translucent
Add Broccoli Slaw and cook until bright green color
Stir in all seasonsings and cook until broccoli is just tender
Drain vermicelli and add to pan, stirring well
Chop shrinp into small pieces (or shrimp meat) and heat until shrimp is hot.

Makes 4 2-cup servings
