Roz's Easy African Peanut Soup

Submitted by: ROZZALYN

Introduction

A relatively healthy and very tasty soup that has a surprise ingredient ( peanut butter). People find it hard to guess the 'secret ingredient' until they know what it is...and then....the flavour becomes very apparent once they have been made aware. • This looks really good, it's a little different from the peanut soup I usually make. I'm really looking forward to trying it since it's got the chickpeas! yum. - 11/17/12

  • What an awesome flavour this soup has. Depending on your family and friends you may want to cut back on the cayenne pepper. Great job Roz. It's quicly becoming a favourite of mine. - 12/5/09
