1 med egg 1/4 cup vegitable oil 1 tbsp cold water 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup boiling water 2 1/2 cups flour
Mix cold water, oil. and salt together beat well. Add boiling water. Slowly mix in flour and kneed into smooth dough. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Roll on flat surface until 1/4 inch thick. Using perogie cutter cut into 3 inch circles. Put in desired filling and fold together. Boil until they float.
