Raw Cacao Crispies

Introduction

Raw Cereal full of antioxidant goodness. Goes great with greek yogurt as a snack or light breakfast! Raw Cereal full of antioxidant goodness. Goes great with greek yogurt as a snack or light breakfast!

Ingredients

    2.5 cup raw buckwheat groats (soaked for 1.5-2 hours)
    2 heaping tablespoons raw organic cacao power with maca
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 cup pure organic maple syrup

Directions

The un-cooking instructions!
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined (should look somewhat like soupy oatmeal)
Pour the mixture onto a tefla lined dehydrator tray (spread thin between one or two trays depending on size of machine) and dehydrate at 115 degrees F for 8-9 hours or until dry and brittle on top. Use a small spatula to break up pieces and turn over to dry for an additional 1-2 hours or until crunchy. Enjoy the yummy raw goodness alone or with yogurt!
