Introduction

Having this simmer for several hours in the slow cooker makes the house feel cozy and smell divine! Having this simmer for several hours in the slow cooker makes the house feel cozy and smell divine!
Number of Servings: 29

Ingredients

    4 cans 100% pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)
    2 cups Splenda granular
    1 cup sugar free pancake syrup
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Stir together all ingredients in slow cooker / crock pot.

It is wise to squeeze the lemon into a separate bowl first so that you can easily remove errant seeds with a fork.

Cook on low for about 4 hours, stirring and scraping sides once every 30 minutes or so.

Serve immediately or after 24 hours refrigeration, whichever you desire.

Serve with ginger cookies, graham crackers, nuts, whipped cream. Go crazy. Be creative.
