Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup flour seasoned to taste with salt and pepper
1 lb round steak cut in 2 in x 1/2 in strips
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (you can use fat free)
1 small can mushrooms
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Put oil in non stick skillet and heat on med high.
Dredge round steak in flour mixture.
Fry until almost brown.
Add onions and saute until clear.
Add soup, mushrooms including water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and bring back to a boil.
Serve over rice or noodles.
You can make the recipe till you add the sour cream, freeze some for later and it is easy to reheat and add sour cream another day.
