Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    Chili powder, .5 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 12 oz

Directions

Brown beef in skillet, drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cook on low 7-9 hours, OR High 3 hours.
