Roasted Green Beans

These are a health alternative to french fries. These are a health alternative to french fries.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    40 fresh green beans washed and snapped(or as many as you want)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Garlic powder to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

Toss the green beans in a baking dish then top with olive oil and garlic powder. Toss until green beans are coated. Salt to taste. Broil for 20 minutes until the beans look all wrinkled but not burned. You want them to be crispy. You can also try with fresh asparagus.
