Ingredients

    Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
    *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1/2 cup
    flour, whole grain, .5 cup
    *Splenda, 16 tsp
    *Eggbeaters Original (1/4 cup), 2 serving
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, 15 oz can
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

mix wet ingredients , mix dry ingredients then mix to gether jus until blended 1 tablespoon of batter into mini muffing tin
