Missy's Crockpot Chicken-Potatoes-Broccoli-Carrots

Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1 bag Schwan's Roasted Potatoes-Broccoli-Carrots with Cheese Sauce
    2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 tsp dried parsley
    pinch of garlic powder
    2 dashes cayenne pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Place vegetable blend into crockpot (any similar blend of a different brand will work fine but adjust values accordingly). Place chicken over veggies. Mix soup and seasonings and slather atop chicken. Cook on low 6-7 hours.

Yields eight one-cup servings
