Ingredients

    2 oz salt pork diced and browned
    1 medium onion diced
    2 small potatoes, diced
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    1 med can creamed style corn
    1 med can whole corn with juice
    2 tbs butter

saute onion and salt pork. Add potatoes cover with milk and water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add corns and butter. Reheat and serve.
