Ingredients

1 C left over beef roast, defatted
1 cup cubed leftover baked potato
1 cup diced leftover carrots
1/2C chopped onion
2C beef broth, defatted
2T cornstarch
hot sauce to taste
1C cooked whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 pkg firm tofu cubed
Directions
Cook spaghetti, cube all leftovers, mix broth, hot sauce and cornstarch together and bring to simmer. Add rest of ingredients until hot. Serve immediately.
