Introduction

Quick and easy dinner for a cold night! Quick and easy dinner for a cold night!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - 1-1.5 cups Bisquick
    - 1 can cream of chicken soup
    - 1 cup skim milk + a little extra for the dumplings
    - frozen vegetables as desired

Directions

1. Brown the chicken, cooking until almost cooked through and dice.
2. Mix about 1 cup Bisquick to 1/3 cup milk, until a sticky dough forms.
3. Heat the cream of chicken soup and vegetables to a boil, and add the chicken.
4. Drop dough into pot.
5. Cover and boil 10 minutes.
