Introductionno need for sugar! no need for sugar!
1 acorn squash, halved and seeded
1 tbs olive oil
kosher salt to taste
cook at 350 for 30 min
remove from oven, carefully slice, about 1 inch thick
place flat on backing sheet
drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
bake another 30 min, or till desired tenderness
