Ingredients

    4 c. rice cooked
    16 oz. extra lean ground beef
    1 c mushroom pieces
    1 c chopped onions
    10 oz of frozen mixed vegetables
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp black bean and garlic sauce

Directions

Chop onions add to heated pan with 2 tbsp oil. Brown beef, add the black bean sauce. Stir and add to onions, rice, mushrooms, vegetables. Heat through and serve. Makes 4 servings of 2 cups each. A salad makes a nice side dish.
