Introduction

Ingredients

    -Salmon Filet
    -Lemon
    -Fresh Rosemary
    -Light Olive Oil
    -Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pre-slice a few rounds of lemon. Lightly oil the bottom of a baking sheet, cookie tray, or a small glass pyrex container. Put salmon on the cooking tray, and place 2 lemon rounds on top of fish. Sprinkle fresh springs of rosemary over the top of the fish. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (Depends on Oven and Thickness of the Fish). Salt and Pepper to taste.Serve with a lemon wedge.
