IntroductionA filling and fiber filled meal! A filling and fiber filled meal!
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 TSP Ginger, Grated
1/2 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (with the liquid)
1 TBSP Curry Paste
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Can Black Beans drained and rinsed
2, In a nonstick skillet brown the ginger, garlic, and onion.
3, Add the curry paste and tomatoes (in their water), stirring until well combined.
4. Toss in the beans, stir, and eat!
You could eat these warm or cold. I also like to mix in some couscous and make a dinner out of it!
