pork lo mein stir fry

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs pork sirloin chops,trimmed and cut into thin strips
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2.5 cups snow peas
    2 cups zucchini,sliced
    1 can baby corn
    1 6oz pkg chow mein noodles
    1 cup yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    3 cups broccoli

Directions

Cook noodles according to package.
stir fry meat in 1 tbsp oil, remove from pan.
stir fry veggies, return meat to pan. Add noodles, 1 tbsp oil, 5 spice powder and soy sauce. stir to heat and incorporate flavors.
