Ingredients

1 box Devil's Food cake mix
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons cocoa
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry cake mix & cocoa; blend in butter until crumbly. Mix in egg & water, add chocolatehips & mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
