Introduction

New twist on taco night New twist on taco night
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 container pillsbury biscuits
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 pkg taco seasoning low sodium
    1 cup shredded low fat cheddar, or mexican cheese
    water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
open package of biscuits and spread to cover pie plate
brown ground beef
add chopped peppers and onion
add tomato paste
add taco seasoning with 3/4 cup water
after water has cooked through pour meat mixture on top of biscuits.
Spread cheese over top
Bake in oven according to buscuit cooking time
