1 lb Shadybrook Farms 99% fat free ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta
Place turkey mixture and remaining ingredients except pasta in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain. Add pasta to slow cooker; mix well. Cook on LOW 1 hour.
