Ingredients

    * *Imagine Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 3.75 cup
    * Split Peas, 2 cup
    * *sweet potato (raw), 12.3 oz
    * Onions, raw, 50 grams
    * Cabbage, fresh, 250 grams
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .75 cup, chopped
    * Water, bottled, 2.5 serving
    * *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cup

Directions

Everything goes into the crockpot and cooks until the split peas are nice and soft.
Served over baked tofu for extra protein.

  • I'd like to try this but am confused with the mixed American and English measurements. And what is a serving of bottled water? 20 oz? Could you please standardize this? It sounds great but I'm afraid to guess at the ratios. - 3/4/10

    I was using water from a 5 gallon water delivery bottle. It should say 2.5 cups, not servings. Sorry about the mixed measurements, I wasn't entering the items into SP, so I had to go by what was already in the database. My scale measures grams and oz, so I didn't think about it being confusing.
