Eggs Deviled with Green Chilies



Introduction

I decided to add my Hatch Roasted green chilies that I have in abundance. These are Great! I decided to add my Hatch Roasted green chilies that I have in abundance. These are Great!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Eggs, extra large
    2 tbs Mayonnaise, regular (mayo),
    1 Green Chile's (Whole),
    Dill Pickles, .5 medium (3-3/4" long) (optional)
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Cover eggs with water, add a tablespoon of salt (makes easy to peal) boil for 10 minutes
2. Peal eggs under cool water.
3. Cut in half and remove yokes.
4. Chop green chilies or use canned.
5. Smash yokes with a fork.
6. Stir in mayo and chilies
7. Fill whites and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
