4 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 cups 2% milk
1 tsp dried parsley
Dash or two of cayenne pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Salt to taste
As potatoes boil, use a whisk to blend soup and milk together. (You can toss it in the blender for a faster job.)
Add soup/milk mixture to the potatoes and blend well. Enjoy!!
Yields 16 one-cup servings.
