Tuna Noodle Casserole

True Comfort Food the whole family enjoys! This is an old family favorite that brings back wonderful memories of me helping my mom in the kitchen. Now that I’m on the SparkDiet I’ve updated it with healthier ingredients and my kids (and I) can't even tell the difference. :-) True Comfort Food the whole family enjoys! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 oz Extra Wide Whole Wheat Noodles
    1 6 oz can Tuna, packed in water, drained
    1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    1 cup sliced Celery
    1/3 cup chopped Onion
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt

    1 10.5 oz can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
    1/2 Milk, 1%
    1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (or other reduced fat cheese to your liking)

Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender; drain. Combine noodles, next 7 ingredients.

Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add cheese; heat and stir till cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered in hot oven (425 degrees) about 20 minutes.
