Introduction

Ingredients

    2/3 cup ww flour
    2/3 cup unbleached, all purpose flour
    1/3 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 cup STEVIVA BLEND
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup apple butter (unsweetened)
    1/4 cup sunflower oil
    4 egg whites, beaten to form stiff peaks
    1 cup raisins
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combineall wet ingredients and STEVIVA in a bowl, add egg whites. Add dry ingredients and raisins and walnuts. Mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake for approx 10 minutes.
