Very good. I just made them for breakfast. I will make them again. I used canadian bacon instead of bacon. Next time I will add more seasonings, green onions, and asiago cheese instead of chedder. Overall great and I will freeze the leftovers for a qucik breakfast on the go. - 11/1/09

  • Can you say vomitrocious? I tried to eat one whole muffin. By the last two bites I felt like throwing up. Definetely, if I dont like after the first bite it will not get any better after eating most of the muffun. - 6/26/12

  • Not really a fan of these muffins, they tasted low cal which isn't something I always strive for. Made them for a party not a hit. - 2/14/11

  • I agree that I would add more seasoning to taste...like onions and/or garlic! I used 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Overall, I liked it! Thanks for the recipe. - 2/23/10

  • Subbed the bacon for turkey bacon. But I found the muffins bland and could taste too much of the baking powder. So I threw the first batch away because no one would eat them. Second batch I changed the baking powder to 1 teaspoon, instead of a tablespoon. Tasted better, but won't make them again - 11/1/09

  • I think I would substitute the bacon for turkey bacon and make it leaner. It still would have the bacon taste. - 10/29/09
