Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

Introduction

Need a sweet treat to get your day going? You've got to try this! Need a sweet treat to get your day going? You've got to try this!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup oats
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup organic skim milk
    pinch salt
    3/4 banana, mashed
    1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
    1 tbsp. peanut butter

Directions

1. Mix the salt, oats, milk, and water then leave to sit for 10 minutes.

2. Add the mashed banana to the oat mixture and cook over medium-low heat until the liquid is dissolved and you have reached the desired oatmeal consistency.

3. Place into a bowl and stir in the chocolate and peanut butter. DELICIOUS!
