Veggie French Bread Pizza

Introduction

You can make this with any combination of veggies. Makes a quick, yummy dinner. You can make this with any combination of veggies. Makes a quick, yummy dinner.

Ingredients

    French Bread (Cut into 6" slice)
    1 oz Shredded Mozzarella (made with skim milk)
    1/3 cup canned tomatoes
    2 T Chopped Green Peppers
    2 T Chopped Onions
    6 slices Mushrooms
    2 T sliced Black Olives
    1/4 t Oregano
    1/4 t Garlic Powder

Directions

- Preheat oven to 400
- Split bread lengthwise and hollow it out. Cut into 6" pieces
- Top with canned tomatoes, veggies, and spices
- Layer with mozzarella cheese
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
