2 squash sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
1 package fresh mushrooms (small)
8 small red potatoes halfed
1 cup fresh green beans
2 zucchini sliced
Olive Oil Pam
Mix all vegetables in a large bowl
Spray with Pam
Sprinkle with season salt
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
