I made this and it was delicious! I did add some garlic powder, parsley, S&P to the breading mixture. My only questions are-what size fillet is this recipe for? I guessed a 4 oz., anyone know for sure? And, my fish was a little wet, any ideas on how to fix that? Either way though, awesome recipe! - 1/20/09

Quick and yummy. When it came out of the oven I squeezed some lime juice over it and topped it with cilantro. - 1/27/10

Quick, easy & good. I think I will add a bit of black pepper into the bread crumb and parm mix next time. Also, it would be helpful to know the weight of "1 fillet" to be sure I was on par regarding the nutritional values. No worries, I just entered the ingredients individually in my tracker. - 5/12/10

We all liked this very much! Took a longer cooking time, but I just have to get used to broiling fish instead of baking. - 3/23/10

I've made this a few times now, we all enjoy it! It really works on any type of fish! I broil it for a minute or so before removing from the oven to make it a little crispy! Very good - thank you! - 3/16/09

I made this recipe and it was delicious! Instead of real butter I used a good amount of butter spray. And I used tilapia instead of flounder. It was quick, easy and light. - 7/11/07

  • I am a foodie. This recipe was quick. Start to finish 15 minutes. Tasty crunchy, you know how you just want something crunchy. Let's face it, I know I miss fried foods. Today though I miss it less. - 3/16/14

  • Easy to make and tasty. I wanted a little flavor on mine so I cooked with olive oil and added salt and pepper to the parmesan mixture. I could see how you could spice this up really easily. My husband had 3 pieces for supper. - 11/5/13

  • Good! I skipped the butter and sprayed the fish with cooking spray instead, so the topping was probably crispier than the original, but the flavor was good! I will make again. Quick and easy! - 1/7/13

  • I made this tonight and it was delicious! I did add a dash of garlic powder, italian seasonings, S&P (used plain whole wheat bread crumbs) and light Land O Lakes butter, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before & after cooking. It was SO easy and my husband raved! THANKS! - 4/12/12
