Turkey-Chuck Chili

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Ground turkey-chuck mix
1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes w/ garlic, basil & oregano
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes with chipotle
1/2 cup water
1/ cup diced onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1.5 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp low sodium chili seasoning
1 14-oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 14-oz. can red kidney beans
Directions
Brown meat and drain excess fat. Add to crockpot with rest of ingredients except beans. Cook as long as you like, but at least 4 hours. Add beans and cook an additional 30-60 minutes.
