14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tsp minced garlic
6 oz bread stuffing dry mix, chicken flavor
1/2 cup water
3 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp ground basil
1 cup shredded 2% milk mozzarella cheese
Place cut up chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
1/6 baking pan per serving.
