Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb brussel sprouts
    2 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper

Directions

Trim end off brussel Sprouts and cut in half, place in bowl and mix with oil, salt and pepper. Place in cookie sheet and roast at 350 for about 30 - 40 minutes. stir periodically to brown all sides.
